Abandon the conventional and embrace the unexpected! For three hours each morning join the supportive company of women who want to explore their truth and stretch their creative muscles through the craft of writing. Powerful writing exercises, supported by meditation and guided visualization stimulate the imagination, silence the critic and fix pen to paper. This workshop provides a solid beginning for anyone starting out on the writing path and a boost for those already on their way. The Write For A Change workshop incorporates elements from the workshops: Writing from the Senses, Creating Characters and Imagining Fiction. Writers of all ages, genres and levels welcome.
Tired of writing about yourself? Put a fresh spin on what you know and enter the world of fiction. Tap your creative reservoir as you consider what goes into the making of a story. Experience the process by which characters are created, find their way into situations, and are given voice. We will look at characterization, plot, point-of-view and dialogue. This is the perfect workshop for anyone unfamiliar with, or timid about writing fiction. Writers of all ages, genres and levels welcome.
Have you ever wondered where characters come from? Are you having trouble

or non-fiction, this workshop will provide you with an opportunity to
explore your writing process and push the boundaries of your imagination.
